Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, tested, or damaged cannot be returned due to hygiene and quality standards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, any used perfume oils or opened products cannot be returned.
